The Base model R is Turn-key ready, which means it already includes your fridge, propane oven range, propane on-demand hot water heater, staircase, vinyl shower with glass door, traditional flushing toilet, electric heating/cooling, and much more!
Any off-grid-friendly features are additional customizations you can add.
