Each Tiny House RV we offer is designed to hook into services on-site. This means you would be hooking into septic/sewer, water, and electricity, the same way as a traditional RV. The Base model R is Turn-key ready, which means it already includes your fridge, propane oven range, propane on-demand hot water heater, staircase, vinyl shower with glass door, traditional flushing toilet, electric heating/cooling, and much more!
Any off-grid-friendly features are additional customizations you can add.
The Canada Goose is the ultimate luxury! Designed with a bedroom over the gooseneck hitch that you can stand up in, it still allows for two full size lofts, and much more!
If spacious and functional is your thing, our Park Models are exactly what you have been looking for! A park model is built on a trailer chassis, the same as our standard tiny house RVs, except they can be built on wider and longer trailers!
Designed with small families in mind, the loft edition is known for its 2ft loft overhangs, one on each end of the home. This allows for an open living space within the home without cutting into your loft/sleeping area! This home can accommodate a downstairs bedroom or media room!
The NAPA edition is a cottage style tiny home. It offers a split pitch roof, giving the front a steep pitch cottage style roof, while still entertaining a very functional loft with dormer style roof pitches and loft windows to ensure a healthy breeze throughout the home! French doors make this home extremely light inside, giving it a much bigger feel!
